Registering Favorite Settings
You can register frequently used settings as a profile.
1.
Display the [Select Destination] or [Special] sheet → configure the settings you want to register.
You can display this from the fax transmission settings screen when sending a fax or changing the default settings.
2.
Click [Add] beside [Profile].
3.
In the [Add Profile] dialog box, set [Name] and [Icon].
Enter a comment in [Comment] if required.
4.
Click [OK].
The new profile is added to [Profile]. You can apply registered fax transmission settings by simply selecting an item from [Profile].
