You can manually output the following reports and lists:

If you scan and register the documentation of your local authorized Canon dealer (business card, information, etc.), you can easily check their contact information when you need to purchase or replace consumables such as toner. For more information on registering/deleting purchase information for consumables, see "Registering/Editing Purchase Information for Consumables."

Print the machine information or the list of settings specified in [] (Settings/Registration).

Print the system management settings values.

Print the page total and page restriction for copies/scans/prints/total prints. If Department ID Management is set, the department ID is also printed.

Print the counter information.
