Displaying the Current Department ID
If you are using Department ID Management, you can display the Department ID that is currently logged in to the machine on the bottom line of the touch panel display.
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration). 2.
Press [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [ID/User Name Display On/Off].
3.
Press [On] → [OK].
Press [Off] if you do not want to display the Department ID/user name.
IMPORTANT |
If you set [ID/User Name Display On/Off] to 'On', and you are not using Department ID Management, the Department ID does not appear. |
