Auto Offline
If the machine is connected to a network that is online, scanning is not possible with [Copy] or [Scan and Store]. If you set [Auto Offline] to 'On', the machine automatically goes offline when the [Auto Reset Time] specified in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration) has elapsed.
This mode can be set when the Scan function is available for use. For information on the optional products required to use the Scan function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press 
(Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Scan Settings].

Press [Auto Offline].

Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] if you do not want to automatically make the machine go offline.

If the Auto Reset mode is not set (the Auto Reset Time is set to '0'), the machine automatically goes offline after approximately two minutes. (See "Auto Reset Time.") |
