Dither Settings
If you want to change the gradation pattern of a printed image, specify the dither settings.
If you select the proper setting value for printing, you can make printed images with both smooth gradation and outlines.
The dither settings can be selected for each of the following:
Gradation
You can select [Gradation] for the halftone settings of the printer.
Resolution
You can select [Resolution] for the halftone settings of the printer.

Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Adjustment/Maintenance] → [Adjust Image Quality] → [Dither Settings].

Select the value for <Gradation> and <Resolution> → press [OK].
To restore the default settings, press [Restore Initial Set.].
4.
Perform the automatic gradation adjustment.

After changing the settings, make sure to perform the automatic gradation adjustment first, and then perform the colour balance adjustment as the colour balance may become unstable. |
