Registering Shortcut Keys
You can register settings in the shortcut keys displayed on the Fax screen. You can register up to four desired buttons from [Options].
This feature is useful when you want to register frequently used functions.
This mode can be set when the Fax function is available for use. For information on the optional products required to use the Fax function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration). 2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Fax Settings].
3.
Press [Register Options Shortcuts].
4.
Select the shortcut button → select the setting to be registered in the button.
To cancel the setting currently registered in a button, select [Unassigned].
5.
Press [OK] → [OK].
