Memory Media Settings

You can restrict the storing of files to memory media and the printing of files from memory media.

If [Use Print Function] is set to 'Off':

NOTE
[Memory Media Settings] will not be displayed if <Memory Media> in [Store Location Display Settings] is set to 'Off'. To use [Memory Media Settings], set <Memory Media> to 'On'. (See "Store Location Display Settings.")

Press

(Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Store/Access Files] → [Memory Media Settings].

Press [Use Scan/Print Function].

Select [Off] for the items to restrict → press [OK].

Select [On] if you do not want to restrict an item.

NOTE
Settings specified from the control panel become effective after the machine is restarted, after the procedure. If <Perform Apply Setting Changes from Settings/Regist.> is displayed on the bottom of the touch panel display, you can press [Apply Set. Chng.] in (Settings/Registration) to restart the machine. For information on restarting the machine using the main power switch, see "How to Turn On the Main Power."

NOTE
