Configurazione della funzione Gestione ID utente
È possibile impostare se utilizzare o escludere la funzione Gestione ID utente.
La funzione Gestione ID utente consente di registrare fino a 1.000 ID utente per gestire l'utilizzo della macchina da parte degli utenti registrati.

L'ID utente e la password possono essere registrati solo dalla utente remota. Per ulteriori informazioni sulla Gestione ID utente, vedere Specificare ID divisione e Gestione utenti.
Per poter impostare questo modo su ‘On’ accertarsi di registrare prima l'ID utente e la password.
Se è abilitato Gestione ID utente, solo gli utenti registrati come "Gestore sistema" possono modificare le Impostazioni di sistema accedendo alla macchina con il proprio ID utente e password. In questo caso, non è possibile accedere come Gestore sistema immettendo l'ID gestore sistema e la Password sistema.

Per ogni ID utente è possibile registrare un ID divisione.

Selezionare se utilizzare o escludere la funzione Gestione ID utente.
Per utilizzare la funzione Gestione ID utente:

Se la funzione Invio (opzionale per imageRUNNER 2525/2520) è attivata e si desidera aggiungere l'ID utente al nome del documento da inviare, premere [On] per <Aggiungere nome utente a nome documento da inviare>.
