When TLS Is Enabled, the Remote UI Does Not Start, or the IPP Printing Cannot Be Performed
Perform the following procedure.
<Cause> The file related to key management is broken.
Solution | Perform the following procedure. 1. | Select [Network] → [Remote UI Settings] → [TLS] using the control panel, and then make sure that [TLS] is set to [Off]. | 2. | Restart the printer. | 3. | Regenerate the key and certificate and specify the settings for TLS from the Remote UI. | 4. | Restart the printer. |
