Deleting Background Images When Generating Word Files
You can set not to include background images when generating searchable Word files. This setting provides you to generate Word files which are easy to edit as unnecessary images are deleted.

Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Generate File].

Press [Include Background Images in Word File].
4.
Press [Off] → [OK].
When [On] is selected, background images are included in Word files.
