Outputting Reports

Prints the registration information for Settings/Registration. This is useful for checking settings details. You can manually print the User's Data List whenever necessary.

NOTE
Reports can be printed only if A3, A4, or A4R (plain, recycled, thin, or color) is loaded in a paper source whose settings in [Other] in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration) are set to 'On'. However, if [Consider Paper Type] for [Copy] is set to 'On' in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from a paper source with color paper specified. (See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.") The following two types of User Data Lists are available: Send/Receive: Prints all registered information related to the Receive/Forward function from [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration). For more information on User Data Lists, see "User Data List."

The following two types of User Data Lists are available:

Send/Receive: Prints all registered information related to the Receive/Forward function from [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Receive/Forward] → [Output Report].

Press [TX/RX User Data List].

Press [Yes].
