Communication Timeout
If you set a time for Communication Timeout, obtaining address books is canceled when the Remote Address Book Server is not responding and the set time has elapsed.
This mode can be set when the Remote Fax function is available for use. For information on the optional products required to use the Remote Fax function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press [Set Destination] → [Acquire Remote Address Book] → [Communication Timeout].

Specify the Communication Timeout time by pressing [-] or [+] → press [OK].
