Transfer Roller
When the transfer roller inside the machine becomes dirty, print quality may deteriorate or dots may appear on printouts. If this happens, follow the procedure below to clean the transfer roller. Note that you cannot clean the transfer roller when the machine has documents waiting to be printed.

and tap <Menu>.

Tap <Adjustment/Maintenance>.

Tap <Clean Transfer Roller>.

Tap <Start>.
Cleaning starts. When the <Finished.> message is displayed approximately 30 seconds later, press to return to the main screen.
