[Confirm PIN] Dialog Box

Enables you to set the PIN when performing secured printing. Select the document name from the control panel of the printer and enter the PIN to start printing the data.

Descriptions of Settings

[Document Name]

Enables you to set a name for the print data.

[User Name]

Enables you to set a user name for the print data. The user name set in the [User Information Settings] Dialog Box is displayed, but you can change it.

If you select the [Device Settings] tab - [User Management] - [User Authentication], you cannot change the user name.

[PIN]

Enables you to set a PIN. If the PIN is set in the [User Information Settings] Dialog Box, it is displayed as ***, but can be changed.
