Print Job Will Not Start

Cannot execute color printing (color printers only)

Check the [Basic Settings]/[Quality] tab → make sure that [Color Mode] → [Black and White] is not selected. If [Black and White] is selected, change it to [Color].

Some applications perform color print processing differently and may not be able to print correctly. If problems occur, select [Quality] tab → [Advanced Settings] → [Graphics Mode] → [Raster Mode].
