Restricting Printer Jobs
You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in mail boxes.

This setting can only be specified by a user with the required privileges. For more information, see "User's Guide."

1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].

Press [On] → [OK].
If [Off] is selected, there are no restrictions on jobs from the printer driver.

Allows Store in Mail Box jobs.
