Restricting Printer Jobs
You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in mail boxes.

To specify Restrict Printer Job settings, it is necessary to log in as an administrator. For information on the types of administrators, see "Ustawienia administratora."

Press [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].

Press [On] → select an item → press [OK].
If [Off] is selected, there are no restrictions on jobs from the printer driver.

[Rsrvd Jobs]:
|
Allows Store in Mail Box, Hold, and Register Form jobs.
|
|
[Rsrvd Jobs + Secure Print]:
|
Allows Store in Mail Box, Hold, Register Form, and Secured Print jobs.
