Opening Documents Saved in Therefore with Desktop Editor

You can use the [Open] command displayed on the [Add-Ins] tab of Therefore Navigator to open documents saved in Therefore with Desktop Editor.
NOTE
If a single PDF document (*.pdf) or IWB document (*.iwb) is selected, the document is checked out and displayed on the Desktop Editor screen.

Start Therefore Navigator.

Select the document.

Click (Open) on the ribbon.
Or, right-click and select [Open with iR-ADV Desktop Editor].
Desktop Editor is started, and the selected document is displayed on the Desktop Editor screen.
NOTE
If you selected a document other than a PDF document/IWB document, the document is converted to an IWB document and imported to Desktop Editor.
You cannot open documents checked out by another user.
A confirmation message is displayed when opening a document for which you do not have write permission. Click [Yes] to open the document in read-only mode.
When you open a document, it is temporarily saved in the save destination. If the length of the absolute path to the document exceeds 220 characters, the end of the document name is deleted until the path becomes 220 characters.
