若要通过 Desktop 监视设备状态，必须使用 Desktop Monitor Setup 检索设备信息。此外，要监视打印/传真作业的状态，必须使用 Desktop Monitor Setup 检索设备信息且必须创建并设置 Quick Printing Tool。
