[Confirm Department ID/PIN] Dialog Box

Enables you to confirm the department ID and PIN. If you have selected [Set User Information] in the [Device Settings] tab and configured the settings in the [User Information Settings] dialog box beforehand, those settings will be displayed.

Enter the department ID (up to 7 characters) set at the printer.

Enter a PIN of up to 7 numbers. If the PIN has been set beforehand, it will be displayed as a series of dots. If the PIN has not been set at the printer, leave this box blank.
