Cannot Direct Connect with the Device
If the network settings of the device and mobile terminal you are using are not configured correctly, you may not be able to direct connect even with a device detected by this app.
If you cannot direct connect to a device, check the following.

Is it connected to the network of the device you are using?

If you manually add and connect to a network in the Wi-Fi settings of the mobile terminal, you may not be able to direct connect from the next time onward. If this happens, delete the manually added network from the Wi-Fi settings network list and reconnect to the network of the device you are using. |
System Settings of the Device
Is the device turned on?
Has direct connection been started?
Settings of This App
Has the number of registered devices reached the upper limit?
Up to 10 devices can be registered in this app. If a total of 10 devices are registered, search devices after deleting registered devices.
If you cannot connect to a registered device, delete the device from the [Select Printer] screen and register it again.
