Scan Mode
The ribbon commands and tool buttons available in the Scan Mode are as follows.

The commands/tool buttons of the Scan Mode can be used with both the Print Mode and Annotations Mode.

The way commands are displayed differs according to the window size.
Document Destination Folders can also be placed on the ribbon/a toolbar as commands/tool buttons.
The [Change Document Index Data] buttons can also be placed on the ribbon/a toolbar as commands/tool buttons.

[Scan] (Group)*1 *2
The following commands/tool buttons are located in the [Scan] group.
[Scan]
[Scan Settings]
[Scan]
Performs scanning with a scanner and imports the scan data to Desktop Editor.
[Scan Settings]
Click this to display [Scan Settings] to configure scan settings.
[Image Correction] (Group)*1 *2
The following commands/tool buttons are located in the [Image Correction] group.
[Perform Selected Corrections]
[Deskew]
[Auto Orient Pages]
[Despeckle]
[Remove Black Border]
[Deskew]
Automatically detects and corrects skew in the scan data.
[Auto Orient Pages]
Automatically detects the upward direction and corrects the orientation of the scan data.
[Despeckle]
Deletes unnecessary black specks from black-and-white scan data.
Enables you to select one of the following from the pull-down list displayed when you click ▼ for the command or ▼ for the tool button.
[Despeckle]
[Despeckle Settings]
If you select [Despeckle Settings], [Despeckle Settings] is displayed and you can specify the size of the black specks and the distance between specks to remove.
[Remove Black Border]
Fills the black border around the scan data with white and also corrects the skew.
[Perform Selected Corrections]
Executes all the correction functions selected in [Select Corrections].
Enables you to select one of the following from the pull-down list displayed when you click [Perform Selected Corrections] for the command or ▼ for the tool button.
[Perform Selected Corrections]
[Select Corrections]
If you select [Select Corrections], [Select Corrections] is displayed and you can select the correction functions to execute.
*1: Group names cannot be changed. Commands also cannot be added to a group.
