Overview of Quick Printing Tool
The Quick Printing Tool is an application that enables device functions such as printing and faxing to be operated more intuitively. The Quick Printing Tool is comprised of an operation menu displayed on the desktop and the List that displays a list of device configurations.
The Quick Printing Tool can monitor the status and print/fax jobs of external devices such as imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices and manage the print/fax log, in the same way as Printer Monitor. It can also display icons for the device status and job status, and notify users of fax reception using a sound.

The first time that the Quick Printing Tool is started after installing Desktop, a notification message regarding its usage is displayed.
The Quick Printing Tool automatically builds combinations of devices to use with the Quick Printing Tool based on the information of the printers and fax devices in the computer. These combinations can be changed as necessary.
