Setting the Extension of Document not Previewed
Specify the extension of specific type of document, and then set to have the document not previewed in the Preview Window of Desktop Browser screen.
1.
Display the [System Settings].

[System Settings] > [Browser] > [Display Settings] > [Do not preview files with the specified extensions]
Select the [Do not preview files with the specified extensions] check box.

|
If [Do not preview files with the specified extensions] is not selected, the setting is not enabled although you specify the extensions.

3.
Click [Specify Extensions].
The [Set File Extensions to Exclude from Preview] is displayed.
4.
Enter the extension of the document not previewed including "." (dot) in [Extensions].

When specifying multiple extensions, use commas to separate them.
Although the number of extensions to be specified is not limited, the number of characters that you can input is up to 255.

5.
Click [OK].
The [System Settings] is displayed again.
6.
Click [OK].

When clearing the settings and previewing all types of documents specified, deselect the [Do not preview files with the specified extensions] check box.
When clearing the settings for some types of documents to preview them, delete their extensions in the [Extensions] on step 3.
