Monitoring a Device with Printer Monitor
You can monitor the following with Printer Monitor.
Device status
Print/fax jobs
You can check the status of monitored devices and print/fax jobs with icons and messages. You can also display the job logs. The status of only devices set as the monitoring target can be monitored with Printer Monitor.
It is necessary to perform the following setting procedure on the device. For more information, see the instruction manual for your imageRUNNER ADVANCE device.

Press 
(Settings/Registration) > [Preferences] > [Network].
(Settings/Registration) > [Preferences] > [Network].2.
Set [Dedicated Port Settings] to [On].
