Sending a Destination Address That Can Be Used with the [Scan and Send] / [Scan] Function to the Device
You can send a destination address that is stored in the Address Book of the mobile terminal to the device. The sent destination address can be specified as a destination when using the [Scan and Send] / [Scan] function at the device. You can also enter a subject name, text, and file name in the app and send them to the device. When selecting the device to send to, you can use either Bluetooth or a QR code.

[App Settings] > [User Information] is set. (When the user authentication function is set in the device)
Procedurer
Indtast destinationen med den mobile enhed
1.Tryk på [Other Functions] > [Provide Address] på startskærmen.
2.Angiv destinationsadressen/CC/emnenavn/filnavn/tekst.

3.Tap [Next] på skærmen [Provide Address].
4.Vælg den enhed, du bruger, på skærmen [Nearby Printers]. Kun enheder, som understøtter direkte forbindelse, kan vælges.
Destinationsadressen er sendt til den valgte enhed.
Hvis enheden ikke registreres
Gå til en placering, hvor enheden er synlig, og tryk på [Search]. Den estimerede afstand, hvori enheden kan registreres af Bluetooth er 2 m/80 inches.
Hvis skærmen [Usage] vises
Indtast PIN-koden i henhold til skærmen, og registrer (par) enheden i den mobile enhed, som en enhed, der er tilsluttet via Bluetooth.
Hvis skærmen [Wi-Fi Settings] vises
Opret forbindelse til det angivne netværk med Wi-Fi-indstillingerne i iOS i henhold til instruktionerne på skærmen.
Hvis skærmen [Adjust Sensitivity]/[Adjust Sensitivity for Login] vises
Justering af Bluetooth-følsomhed kræves for den mobile enhed, du bruger. Justér følsomheden i henhold til instruktionerne på skærmen.
Når du har valgt enhed med QR-kode

3.Vis QR-koden fra [Mobile Portal] på enheden.

4.Tap [Next] på skærmen [Provide Address].
5.Hvis skærmen [Nearby Printers] vises, skal du trykke på [Select from QR Code].
6.Placér QR-koden, der vises på kontrolpanelet på enheden, inden for rammen af den viste kameraskærm.
Når QR-koden er placeret inden for kanterne, scanner appen automatisk QR-koden.
Destinationsadressen er sendt til enheden, som er valgt efter QR-kode.

If you enable [Provide Address to Selected Printer] in [App Settings] > [Provide Address], you can send a destination address to the device displayed in the home screen of the app. In this case, you do not need to select the device after entering each item in the [Provide Address] screen. If you are requested to enter a password, enter it in [Remote UI Access PIN]. |
Resultat
En meddelelse, der angiver, at afsendelsen af en destinationsadresse er gennemført, vises i appen.
Check that the sent destination address is set as the destination in the control panel of the device, and continue operation of the [Scan and Send] / [Scan] function.
