Setting the Resolution
You can specify the resolution at which to scan the original. Scanning at high quality increases the file size, but ensures details are preserved in the final image.
IMPORTANT |
This mode is only available for storing files in the memory media. |
1.
Press 
(Main Menu) → [Scan and Store] → [Memory Media].
(Main Menu) → [Scan and Store] → [Memory Media].
2.
Select the desired memory media → select the destination directory → press [Scan].
3.
Press [Resolution] → select the desired resolution → press [OK].
NOTE |
If you are storing files in a mail box, the resolution is fixed to 600 dpi. |
