Canceling a Job

You can cancel the jobs in progress and waiting jobs.

Press (Status Monitor/Cancel).

Press [Job] → [Job Status] → select the job type from the drop-down list.

Select a job to cancel → press [Cancel].
NOTE
If you select [Print] or [Copy] in job type, you can set [Print Current Copy Completely]. This button cancels the selected copy/print job after the current set of a copy/print is complete.

Press [Yes].

Press [Close].
IMPORTANT
You cannot select multiple jobs and cancel them all at once. Select and cancel one job at a time.
NOTE
The canceled job appears as <NG> (No Good) on the Log screen.
