Changing the Finisher Output Priority Settings
You can give a priority to productivity or alignment for the output paper.
This mode can be set when the Staple Finisher-W PRO, Booklet Finisher-W PRO, Staple Finisher-AC or Booklet Finisher-AC (The Staple Finisher-AC or Booklet Finisher-AC must be attached along with the Finisher Jogger Kit-A) is attached. (See

This mode can be set only if Thin paper 2 is used when the Staple Finisher-W PRO or Booklet Finisher-W PRO is attached.

Press [Adjustment/Maintenance] → [Adjust Action] → [Finisher Output Priority Settings (Thin)].

Select [Productivity Priority] or [Alignment Priority] → press [OK].
Details of each item are shown below:
[Productivity Priority] | This mode gives a priority to productivity. The output paper may not be aligned. |
[Alignment Priority] | As a priority is given to aligning the output paper, the production speed decreases compared with [Productivity Priority] mode. |
NOTE |
Paper can be output only to Tray C of a finisher when the Staple Finisher-AC, Booklet Finisher-AC, and Finisher Jogger Kit-A are attached. If the Staple Finisher-W PRO or Booklet Finisher-W PRO is attached, [Alignment Priority] is available only when outputting on Tray B of a finisher. |
