Installing the PPD File (PS3)
This explains the procedure for installing the PPD (PostScript Printer Description) file used by the PS3 driver.
If you print with the driver from an application according to this operation, you can use the functions specific to the device.
Prerequisites
Acquire the PS3 driver from the Canon web site (https://global.canon/) or the accompanying CD-ROM.
Procedures
1.
Double-click the file [gpps3.cab] in one of the following folders of the driver.
PS3\32BIT\Driver
PS3\x64\Driver
2.
Copy [cns3gp.ppd] into the appropriate folder for the application you want to use.
For the PPD file copy destination, refer to the manual of each application.
