Changing the Default Settings
You can change the default settings to desired print settings. If you change them to settings that you use frequently, you can reduce the effort required to configure settings when printing.
NOTE Because Excel carries over settings even when a file is closed, the default driver settings may not be correctly reflected in cases such as when the print settings of other users remain.
When printing an Excel file, check the settings on the print settings screen before printing.
1.
Display the print settings screen of the driver.
