If "Printing Failed" is Displayed

Printing may fail when printing the following types of data.

Data that exceeds the usable memory/storage limit for Canon Print Service.

Password protected PDF files.

Data that includes an unsupported data format.

If the data that failed to print is a Microsoft Office file, PDF file, or image data, you may be able to print it correctly using Canon PRINT Business. You can download Canon PRINT Business from Google Play.
