When the following conditions are met, you can press <Temp. Change Ppr. in MP Tray> on the paper selection screen of <Copy> and <Access Stored Files> to change the paper size/type to load from the multi-purpose tray: If paper is loaded in the multi-purpose tray If this setting is set to <On> If the paper size specified in the printer driver greatly differs from the paper size set in the multi-purpose tray, an error message is displayed. |
