Uninstalling the Agent
This section describes the procedure for uninstalling the Agents installed in different computers.
IMPORTANT |
When migrating an Agent to another computer, or when an Agent becomes unnecessary because of reallocation, etc., it is necessary to disable or delete the Agent on the [System] menu > [Agents] page in advance. For details, see the following. |
NOTE |
If you do not have the installer used when installing the Agent, uninstall it in [Settings] > [Apps & Features] > [iW Enterprise Management Console Agent] in Windows. |
1.
Log on to the computer where the Agent is operating as a user with administrator privileges.
2.
Exit all application software that is running.
3.
Double-click the [agent_installer.msi] file used when installing the Agent.
4.
On the [Welcome to the setup wizard for iW Enterprise Management Console Agent] screen, click [Next].

On the [Program Maintenance] screen, select [Remove] and click [Next].
6.
On the [Ready to Remove Application] screen, click [Remove].
A screen indicating the progress of uninstallation is displayed.
If the [Setup of iW Enterprise Management Console Agent is not complete.] screen is displayed, select whether to exit the application, and click [OK].
7.
On the [Setup of iW Enterprise Management Console Agent is complete.] screen, click [Finish].
