Restricting Access to Address Book and Sending Functions

You can set a PIN for the Address Book to prevent users from editing destination information, or you can restrict the available sending destinations to reduce the risk of information leakage. On models with a fax function, you can also reduce the chance of mistakenly sent faxes by specifying that faxes are only sent if the fax number is entered twice.
