Cuando deseche cartuchos de tóner, guárdelos en su embalaje original para evitar que el tóner se disperse y deséchelos en conformidad con las instrucciones gubernamentales locales.
Instalación
Si le parece que el funcionamiento del equipo es ruidoso en ciertos modos o debido a su entorno, le recomendamos que instale el equipo fuera de su oficina.
Podrían aparecer gotas de agua (condensación) en el interior del equipo si la sala en la que está instalado se calienta rápidamente o si mueve el equipo de un lugar frío y seco a uno cálido y húmedo. Usar el equipo en este estado podría causar problemas tales como atascos de papel, mala calidad de impresión o averías. Permita que el equipo se adapte a la temperatura ambiente y la humedad al menos durante dos horas antes del uso.
Los equipos con dispositivos de almacenamiento, tales como discos duros, podrían no funcionar correctamente a altas altitudes (3000 metros por encima del nivel del mar o superior).
