Paper Jams in the Paper Folding Unit-K
Paper jam locations are indicated by numbers such as A2, which are shown in the illustration below. The "Paper Folding Unit-K" is optional products. Optional Equipment

Open the front cover.

Open the guide (A2).

If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.

Turn the knob (A3), and check whether paper is jammed.

Check whether paper is jammed in the left guide (B2).
| Pull out the paper folding unit (B1). |
| Open the guide (B2). |
 | If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
 | Close the guide (B2). |

Check whether paper is jammed in the right guide (B3).
| Open the guide (B3). Open the guide as far as it will go. |
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
| Close the guide (B3). |

Check whether paper is jammed in the exit slot.
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
| Return the paper folding unit (B1) to its original position. |

Close the guide (A2) and the front cover.
Continue following the instructions on the screen to proceed with the interrupted operation or continue clearing paper jams.

If the paper jam message is repeatedly displayed, open the entrance guide located above the knob (A3) on the inside of the front cover, and check whether or not paper remains.  |
