Setting the Date and Time
Set the date and time for the machine. The date and time set here are used as the reference for the functions using date and time information, and therefore, they need to be set accurately.

On the control panel, press [Menu] in the [Home] screen. [Home] Screen

Press [Preferences] 
[Timer Settings] [Current Date/Time Settings].
[Timer Settings] [Current Date/Time Settings].The [Current Time Set.] screen is displayed.

Enter the current date and time.
The settings are applied.

Press [Date/Time Settings] [Time Zone].
[Time Zone].The [Time Zone] screen is displayed.

Set the time zone according to the region where the machine is used.
The settings are applied.
Communicating over the Internet is premised on setting the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) correctly. The UTC is a coordinated universal time that is standard for all parts of the world. There is a time difference depending on the country or region where the machine is used.

Press [Daylight Saving Time Settings] .
The [Daylight Saving Time] screen is displayed.
When you are using the machine in a country or region where daylight saving time is employed, set daylight saving time to the machine as needed.

Press [On] .
The [Start] screen is displayed.

Specify the starting date.

Specify the ending date.

5 | Select the starting day. The [End] screen is displayed. |
