Configuring the IPP Print User Settings
Configure these settings if you want to manage users authenticated through User Authentication and their associated IPP Print jobs. IPP Print can still be run without configuring these settings.

Click [Settings/Registration] on the portal page.

Click [User Management]

[Authentication Management].

Enter [User Name or E-Mail Address for IPP Print] in [IPP Print Information].
In [User Name or E-Mail Address for IPP Print], enter the user name or email address used in IPP Print.

Click [Settings/Registration] on the portal page.

[Authentication Management].

Click [Edit...] for the user to be set.
If the IPP Print user is not registered
Click [Add User] and register the user information. When registering the user information, enter the [User Name or E-Mail Address for IPP Print] in [IPP Print Information].

Enter [User Name or E-Mail Address for IPP Print] in [IPP Print Information].
In [User Name or E-Mail Address for IPP Print], enter the user name or email address used in IPP Print.

Click [Update].
Set by the Administrator Using a CSV File
You can associate User Authentication users with a Microsoft 365 account by editing a CSV file.

Click [Settings/Registration] on the portal page.

[IPP Print Settings].

Click [Start Exporting].
If there is no user information that is associated with IPP Print, you cannot configure the settings using a CSV file. Click [Add Association...], add the associated user and then click [Start Exporting].

Editing the exported CSV file
Enter a registered user name in "uid".
In "ipp_user_name", enter the user name or email address used in IPP Print.

Click [Import...] and specify the file edited in step 5.

Click [Start Importing].
