Restricting Printer Jobs
You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in mail boxes.

Touch panel model
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].

Press [On] → [OK].
If [Off] is selected, there are no restrictions on jobs from the printer driver.
[Reserved Jobs]: | Allows storing to mail boxes. |
Black and white LCD model
1.
Select [Set] on the [Home] screen.
2.
Select [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].
If a screen to enter the Administrator PIN is displayed, enter the Administrator PIN and press [OK].

Select [On] → select a job type → press

.If [Off] is selected, there are no restrictions on jobs from the printer driver.
