Hiding Applications with Expired Licenses
You can hide the buttons for applications with expired licenses from the Home screen of a multifunction printer.

Confirm that nobody is operating the Cloud Connector app on the multifunction device before changing settings from the Remote UI. Changing settings will cause the user operating the multifunction device to be logged out from the Cloud Connector app. |

Start the Remote UI and log in with System Manager Mode.

On the Portal screen of the Remote UI, click [Cloud Connector Configuration].

Click the icon of the application that you want to hide.

Click [Hide connector].

Confirm the information on the screen, and click [Hide].
The icon of the application is hidden.
It may take up to 15 minutes until the button is hidden from the Home screen of the multifunction printer.
