Data Saved to the Machine
The following data is saved to the machine. This data is encrypted by the machine to prevent information leakage.
With the exception of some data, the data can be deleted automatically or deleted and initialized manually.

Data That Is Deleted Automatically (Temporarily Saved Data)
Temporary image data that has been generated during printing, scanning, faxing, or copying
Data That Can Be Deleted and Initialized
Address Book and settings
Machine storage space data
User information registered on the machine (such as user names, e-mail addresses, and the system manager information)
MEAP applications and data saved in the MEAP applications
Job logs
