Configure the settings to perform corrections for color photos.
* Values in red text indicate the default setting for each item.

Set whether to automatically correct color photo images.
The following items are automatically corrected:
Contrast
Color balance
Saturation
Gradation
The effects of automatic correction vary depending on the image. Corrections may not be performed in some cases, depending on the results of image analysis.
* You can configure this setting when [Color Mode] is set to [Auto (Color/B&W)]. [Color Mode]

NOTE
This setting is not applied to the following types of images:
Small images with 400 pixels or less
Images with a skewed histogram distribution
When an image is divided into multiple parts, the desired results may not be obtained because corrections are performed separately on each part of the divided image.

Set whether to detect and correct the red-eye effect in images, which is caused by the flash when a photo is taken.
When you enable this correction, you can also set the correction level.
The effects of red-eye correction vary depending on the image. Correction is not performed on images with a vertical or horizontal dimension of less than 100 pixels.
