指定初始设置 (Firmware Management)
配置使用 Firmware Management 所需的本软件设置。
1.
选择 [System] 菜单 > [System Configuration]。
2.
单击 [System Configuration] 中的 [Firmware Management]。
3.
在 [Protocol to Prioritize] 中，选择本软件和打印机之间通信的方法。
固件使用在此设置的通信方法从本软件下载到打印机。
执行加密通信时
在 [Protocol to Prioritize] 中，选择 [HTTPS]。
选择 [Install CA certificate for manager or agent on device] 以从本软件分发用于与打印机通信的证书。
选择 [Communicate with device using HTTP if CA certificate installation failed] 以在证书分发失败时将用于与打印机通信的协议更改为 HTTP。
4.
设置是否将多个版本的固件注册到本软件。
要对相同型号注册多个版本的固件，请选中 [Enable registration of multiple firmware versions for the same device model] 复选框。
如果取消选中此复选框，则在注册固件时会从本软件中删除旧版固件。
5.
单击 [Update]。
