Restricting Printer Jobs
You can specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in mail boxes.

1.
Select [Set] on the [Home] screen.

Select [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].
If a screen to enter the Administrator PIN is displayed, enter the Administrator PIN and press

Select [On] → select a job type → press .
.If [Off] is selected, there are no restrictions on jobs from the printer driver.
[Reserved Jobs]: Allows storing to mail boxes.
