PDL Selection (Plug and Play)
From the machine, you can specify functions suitable for the fax board or printer kit available for use in the machine.
From your computer, you can detect and install drivers that are compatible with the specified functions.
IMPORTANT |
If the desired driver is not in your computer, detection and installation cannot be performed. |

Select [Set] on the [Home] screen.

Select [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [PDL Selection (Plug and Play)].

.The displayed functions may differ, depending on the available functions.
NOTE |
Settings specified from the control panel become effective after the machine is restarted, after the procedure. If [Apply Set. Changes] is displayed on the [Home] screen, select it to reflect the changes. For information on restarting the machine using the power switch, see "User's Guide." |
