Cannot Switch to Wireless LAN
Troubleshoot by checking the items below.
Administrator or NetworkAdmin privileges are required.

Log in to the machine as an administrator. Logging In to the Machine

On the control panel, in the [Home] screen or other screen, press [
Settings/Registration].

Press [Preferences] 
[Network] [Select Interface].

Select the interface.
Select either of the following:
Select [Wired LAN] for [Main Line], and select [Wireless LAN] for [Sub Line].
Select [Wireless LAN] for [Main Line], and select [Off] or [Wired LAN] for [Sub Line].

Press [OK].
The settings are applied.
