NOTE
For Canon devices with the Cloud Connection Agent function, the [Monitoring Mode] setting of this software can be set to [CCA Mode] to send information to the Remote Monitoring Server via this software. For information on the devices that support this function, contact the sales company that you have a contract with.

The data sent to the Remote Monitoring Server is limited for non-Canon devices. For more information, see the following.
This software checks whether devices support the function for monitoring via the Remote Monitoring Server at the following times.
When Device Information is Imported from a File
[System] > [Connection Settings] page
When [Register] is clicked on the [Connection Settings] page
[System] > [Connection Settings] page
When a built-in task is executed
[Tasks] menu
When [Retrieve Device List] is executed
[Devices] menu > [Monitored Device List] > [Manage Devices] page > [Managed Devices] tab
When [Check Ability to Be Monitored] is executed on the [Device Details] page
