Migrating This Software to Another Computer

This section describes the method for migrating this software to another computer.
IMPORTANT
Do not access this software while it is being migrated.
1.
Stop the service of this software on the source computer for migration.
Open [Windows Administrative Tools] > [Services] from the Start menu.
Stop the services in the following order.
Canon Data Collection Agent
Squid *1

When HTTPS is the protocol for communication with the Remote Monitoring Server and [Monitoring Mode] is set to [CCA Mode] in this software.

Copy the following folders and files of this software.
%ProgramFiles%\Canon\CDCA\App_Data
%ProgramFiles%\Canon\CDCA\Squid\etc\squid *1
%ProgramFiles%\Canon\CDCA\credentials_prd.xml
%ProgramFiles%\Canon\CDCA\bk_credentials_prd.xml *2
%ProgramFiles%\Canon\CDCA\Squid\etc\krb5.keytab *2

This file may not exist.
3.
Install this software to the destination computer for migration.
For more information, see the following.

When HTTPS is the protocol for communication with the Remote Monitoring Server and [Monitoring Mode] is set to [CCA Mode] in this software, log in to this software on the destination computer for migration and set [Monitoring Mode] to [CCA Mode].
5.
After stopping the following services of this software on the destination computer for migration, paste the folders and files copied in step 2 to the same folder of the destination computer for migration.

6.
Start the following services of this software on the destination computer for migration.

When HTTPS is the protocol for communication with the Remote Monitoring Server and [Monitoring Mode] is set to [CCA Mode] in this software, confirm that the following services have been started.
Squid
8.
Reconfigure [Proxy Address (PC on Which This System is Installed)] and [Port Number] on the following page.
[Devices] menu > [Device Communication Settings] > [Monitoring Mode] tab
9.
After confirming that this software is operating normally in the destination computer for migration, uninstall this software from the source computer for migration.
