设备

More than 3000 managed devices were found.

解决方式

当在本软件中将 [Monitoring Mode] 设置为 [CCA Mode] 且发现超过 3,000 个设备时，会显示此消息。在这种情况下，需要执行以下操作。

1.	在远程监控服务器上准备另一个 RDS ID 并执行调整，使每个 RDS ID 监控的目标设备数量不超过 3,000。
2.	在运行此软件的计算机以外的计算机上安装一个本软件的实例，然后使用新准备的 RDS ID 配置初始设置。

More than 1000 devices managed by polling communications were found.

解决方式

如果在 [Monitoring Method] 设置为 [Polling] 时发现超过 1,000 个设备，则会显示此消息。在这种情况下，需要执行以下操作。

当在本软件中将 [Monitoring Mode] 设置为 [CCA Mode] 时：

1.	在本软件的 [Managed Devices] 选项卡上检查 [Monitoring Method] 设置为 [Polling] 时的设备数量。
2.	在远程监控服务器上准备另一个 RDS ID 并执行调整，使通过轮询监控的目标设备数量不超过 1,000。
3.	如果显示消息“More than 3000 managed devices were found.”，请执行调整，使每个 RDS ID 监控的目标设备数量不超过 3,000。
4.	在运行此软件的计算机以外的计算机上安装一个本软件的实例，然后使用新准备的 RDS ID 配置初始设置。

1.	在远程监控服务器上准备另一个 RDS ID 并执行调整，使每个 RDS ID 监控的目标设备数量不超过 1,000。
2.	在运行此软件的计算机以外的计算机上安装一个本软件的实例，然后使用新准备的 RDS ID 配置初始设置。

One or more devices could not be registered to the list of managed devices because the device ID, MAC address, IP address, or host name is the same as that of another device on the list of retrieved devices.

解决方式

在远程监控服务器中注册了多个具有相同设备 ID、MAC 地址、IP 地址或主机名的设备。请将正确的设备信息注册到远程监控服务器，然后重新检索设备列表。

One or more devices could not be registered to the list of managed devices because the IP address or host name is the same as that of a device already registered to the list.

解决方式

在本软件中注册了 MAC 地址、IP 地址或主机名相同的设备。此类设备显示在 [Devices Removed from Management] 列表中。请检查 [Devices Removed from Management] 列表中的设备信息是否正确，并将这些设备的正确信息注册到远程监控服务器。如果在远程监控服务器和本软件中都注册了正确的信息，请重新检索设备列表。

配置首选项

The number of devices for registration has exceeded the maximum number of devices that can be registered.

解决方式

使用本软件可监控的设备数量取决于与远程监控服务器通信使用的协议。有关详细信息，请参见以下内容。

系统要求

An error occurred during import. One or more devices with no MAC address information exist.

解决方式

在 RDS Plug-in 的设置文件中包含没有 MAC 地址信息的设备。

从 RDS Plug-in 中导出不含没有 MAC 地址信息的设备的设置文件，然后将其导入本软件。

1.	以 RDS Plug-in 管理员的身份登录 iW Management Console。
2.	选择 [e-Maintenance (HTTP)] > [Device Management (Service Representative Only)] > [Monitored Device Management (Service Representative Only)]。
3.	在 [Monitored Devices] 列表中，删除 [Status] 不是显示 [Registered (Completed)] 的任何设备。确保在 [Monitored Devices] 列表中仅保留显示 [Registered (Completed)] 的设备。可以使用筛选功能，按状态筛选要删除的设备。
4.	选择 [e-Maintenance (HTTP)] > [Configuration (Service Representative Only)] > [Export (Service Representative Only)]。
5.	单击 [Export]。按照屏幕上的说明保存文件。
